Judges I will find and hire judges for your show to meet your specifications. Technical Delegate (TD) / Show Steward I will find a TD or Show Steward for your show
Location I will find and book a location for your show to meet your specifications.
Governing Body Approval (USDF, USEF,ODS,CDS, Etc.) I will obtain any approvals that may be needed or that you desire for your show.
Dressage Show Secretary I will receive entries, assign stabling (this is optional), compute ride times, be at the show, than at the end of the show report results to appropriate organizations.
Show Manger I will be on the show grounds 1 day prior to show and during the show making sure that volunteers, judges and the technical delegates are taken care of. I will also be available to the TD, Show Secretary, medical personnel, vet, farrier and competitors as needed. Dressage Show Consultant I will provide your organization or your club with help in setting up a show, yet you actually do the work. I just provide guidance. If requested I will be on the show grounds.
Web Hosting I will provide Web site information for your show, Plus I will post the results after the show. This service is included in all packages where I provide Show Secretary services. This can be added for $50 to any other package.
Fee Schedule (A Flat fee is available for all of the services I offer, Fee is dependent on size of event.)
Secretary Fee: $10/ Entry plus Expenses or $500/Day plus Expenses. Special rates are available. Manager Fee: $250/Day plus expenses (8 Hours) each additional hour is $15 Consultant Fee: $ 25/ Hour or a flat fee of $275/ day plus expenses (8 Hours). Each additional Hour is $15 Travel Expenses: $90/day including travel time up and back. Or .495/ mile whichever is less Meals: At cost Lodging: At cost Phone Charges: At cost Miscellaneous Expenses: Faxes, Copies, Paper, pens, etc: At Cost
Discounts available. These discounts are for the fee only, not mileage, hotel, airfare or meals.
Returning Customer: 2nd year plus you will receive an additional $100 off any booked service. This includes all other stated reductions.
Student Clubs: Save: 20% from fee.
Schooling shows: Flat fee of $8 per entry plus mileage, hotel room (?), airfare and meals.
Fundraisers: I will donate my services, with exception of hotel, meals and airfare plus I will give a discount on mileage.: If shows are within Oregon I can negotiate on my expenses.
