Onsite Broodmare Lease available Special- Book a mare by March 1, 2008 for a 2008 breeding and receive a $100 discount . Red Brick Farm has the following Broodmare available for breeding: $800 deposit ($300 is nonrefundable) will hold for breeding, rest due by foaling. Breed to your pick of a Stallion*: The lease for the mare to a breeding of your own choice stallion is $100/month or a one time payment of $1400 until weaning once confirmed in foal. This is for full care, everything is included (i.e. farrier, vaccinations, worming, feed, registration of foal.). This assumes weaning @ 3 months. Lessee is responsible for all vet bills associated with breeding.- If foals stays after weaning there will be additional charges: Board $125/month; vaccinations, worming, vet charges, farrier are the responsibility of the owner. For Breeding to Gallant Reward*: For a breeding to Gallant Reward your overall fee is $1200.00 this is for full care, everything is included (i.e.. farrier, vaccinations, worming, feed, registration of foal.). Lessee is responsible for all vet bills associated with breeding. This assumes weaning @3 months. Stud fee is waived.
